＜NOTE＞Data can be different by the degree of surface oxidization or of the thickness of the surface plate. It can be obvious especially where F (Flat) or H (Round) is used.

Spring force is gradually raised when the tips are kept in contact with the DUT. Therefore, data can be slightly different when the tips are touched straightly at 100g.
